Welcome to The Chain Effect. We are building a network through empowered stories - a simple conversation that we hope send ripples across a community of Tres J adorenees'. Our goal is to spark connectivity through conversation, invite curiosity and celebrate confidence. We are so delighted to share Claudia's story with you all.
JJJ: Let's start with a little intro Claudia.
Claudia: My name is Claudia (Clau). I am from Hong Kong :)
JJJ: We all have our 9-to-5s. What's your passion project or hobby that keeps you busy?

Claudia: My hobby is practicing yoga and pilates!
JJJ: One of our hopes for Tres J, is for your Tres J piece to help empower you to take on challenges you haven't tried before. What challenge is your Tres J piece empowering you to take on?
Claudia: It is empowering me to feel confident when I need to present myself to new people, new job opportunities, and clients!

JJJ: Tell us a little more about you. What brings you joy?
Claudia: Spending time with my loved ones, fostering dogs, and connecting to myself through my yoga practice and meditation helps me find the joy within me.

JJJ: And what's a piece of advice you might want to give someone who is looking to build new community?
Claudia: Figure out what hobbies and passions inspire you first. Then, share that with the world either via social or going to the spaces where these communities are. For me, I started going to yoga classes when I moved to Dubai to connect with like-minded souls.
JJJ: Some of our best friendships and relationships are formed through serendipitous moments. How does serendipity play a role in your life?
Claudia: My future husband and I met through a serendipitous moment. I really believe in going with the flow and living in the present moment as you never know what may be around the corner!
JJJ: Who is your style inspiration?
Claudia: My mum :)

JJJ: What is the title of the current chapter you are in?
Claudia: Finding Me Again
JJJ: So many of us have cherished moments attached to certain pieces of jewelry. What's a special memory about a piece that you'd like to share?
Claudia: I am in love with my engagement ring my fiancé made for me that he sourced and designed entirely on his own - a rare green diamond that apparently reflects my aura colour.

JJJ: Name a few restaurants and books that you are currently loving.
Claudia: I love the book Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself (Joe Dispenza) to unlock your potential and find peace through meditation.
My favourite restaurant in the world is the Sonnenhof in Gstaad, and when I was living in Tokyo it was a 100-year old ramen shop called Honmura-an Ogikubo!
JJJ: If your favorite Tres J piece was a dessert, what would it be and why?
Claudia: Tiramisu - plenty of flavour, always a winning choice, lots of depth, and keeps you going!

JJJ: Let's hear your current obsessions.
Flo: Currently on repeat: "Yukon" by Justin Bieber
Beauty product: MEDICUBE MACHINE!!
Dish recipe: My mother-in-law's boulette de poisson (connect with Claudia below for her family recipe!)
Daily ritual: Meditation with my red light panel every morning
